Called “inherently New York with global appeal,” Parker & Quinn is the signature restaurant at the Refinery Hotel. Serving breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner and cocktails in a rich nostalgic atmosphere, Parker & Quinn features classic design touches that span New York City's history from the 1900s to today.
Executive Chef Jeff Haskell takes a straightforward and rustic approach in his kitchen, relying on high quality and locally sourced ingredients combined to produce balanced and approachable New American dishes. Hailing from New Hampshire, Chef Haskell has spent time in the kitchens of Recette, Upland, Aureole, The Broadmoore Hotel, and the Big Time Restaurant Group; where he opened restaurants in Miami, West Palm Beach, and Ft. Lauderdale. In 2011 he competed on the Food Network’s Iron Chef America with Chef / Owner Jesse Schenker, (Recette, The Gander NYC) which they won. Most recently Jeff spent two years as the Executive Chef at City Winery in Manhattan.
