The session will kick off with an immersive movement experience presented by bodyART Studios director, Ryan Daniel Beck, in the cozy, warm vibes of the Refinery Hotel Hatbox space. Our focus will be designed to prevent injuries, reduce joint pain, and promoting mental health and hygiene. Following the bodyART experience, we will host a community mix and mingle, with refreshments by Everyday Dose.
